If you have a problem with your item please contact us with your order number.

Depending on the problem you will be offered a replacement, a voucher, or return for refund. If you are returning for a refund you will be credited the returns cost once the item is received.

Shipping takes around 10 days from dispatch date. On rare occasions delivery can take up to 28 day. If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days of shipping a replacement order will be shipped.

We use reliable shipping agents and all packages require a signature at the time of delivery. We will send a confirmation of dispatch email to you.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours from the time of payment receipt.

Yes, we use credit card payments instead of paypal as credit cards offer you 180 days of chargeback reassurance. Paypal only gives you 60 days to lodge a complaint therefore a credit card offers you more security.

Our methods of delivery ensure that you should not incur any customs charges.
